Kyotto was born and brought up in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Growing up with alot of musical impacts from his family foundation he was brought into the world with the touch of music. With 13 years in the industry making music, learning and exploring various genres Kyotto has at long last found his home in the underground dance music scene by being motivated and inspired by musical craftsmen like Guy J, Kasper Koman, Dosem, Khen (to name a few). Kyotto is not, at this point a stranger to the universe of electronic music as his music won individuals' love rapidly with his energetic grooves and uplifting melodies. Kyotto also had the support from top notch DJs like Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Armen Miran, Alex O'Rion, Sahar Z and many more. Asvajit is Back ⭐

DJ, producer, audio/visual artist and founder of Jambutek Recordings. Based in Colombo Sri Lanka.

As part of the first wave of electronic musicians to emerge from post-war Sri Lanka, Asvajit has spent nearly a decade honing his passionate mixing style and playful blend of the deeper elements of house and techno music.

In 2012, his first vinyl release; “Waran Dub” (In collaboration with Philpot label boss Soulphiction) was released on German imprint Phil_e Records to critical acclaim. More recently, his “Float / Parallel EP” on the Berlin based Frucht Label reveals his continued love affair with the lush, spacey aesthetics of dub music. His productions have been released on record labels world-wide and he has had the opportunity to perform in London and Berlin at clubs such as KOKO, Kater Holzig, Sisyphos, Su***de Circus and the notorious Golden Gate, as well as at music festivals including the 2013 edition of Fusion Festival in Germany and the experimental world culture mashup, Worldtronics Festival (at the iconic Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin).

Asvajit is also an audio/visual artist and graphic designer as well as the founder and curator of Jambutek Recordings; an independent electronic music imprint and artist collective based in Colombo. Since 2012 he has curated and co-organized Pettah Interchange, an annual celebration of arts and alternative culture that takes place in abandoned urban spaces. Asvajit lives and works on the outskirts of Colombo with his cat, Kenji.

Ganapati Trunkadelic is a psychedelic electronic project by Shehan Thenuwara an professional Music producer and a Sound Designer from Sri Lanka.Born on May 24, 1992, Shehan is a professional sound engineer and producer. Being a fan of artistic new age music and well qualified in eastern music, in his later years he discovers Psy trance and begins his journey by starting the project “Ganapati”, a Progressive psychedelic trance act. A young and upcoming Dj/Producer in the psychedelic culture of Sri Lanka, playing funky beats for those elefunk’s with forestry attitude.Ganapati is inspired by super humans of the past, from a bio-mechanical and advanced civilization and talks about a future in the past. It is also a concept based on Sri Lankan culture, forestry and wild life sounds. His music is dedicated to make people aware about saving Sri Lankan wild life. There are so many animals which are now going through extinction in Sri Lanka, and as musicians who loves the forest, he tries to make people aware of this through music.The name was taken by the Asia and Hindu cultural and mythical god “Ganesh”, as it represents the quality of wisdom and one of the greatest treasure’s of Sri Lanka, the elephant.
