Platter Parties had a busy day on National cheese day, concluding with a delightful spread of cheese! We relished around 9 varieties of cheese... Austrian, French and German cheeses perfectly paired with salami, German white sausages and ham. accomoaniments just gherkins, pickled chillies, grapes and olives along with a variety of dips, all in the midst of great company! Doing it our way made it the perfect celebration on National Cheese day!
