We want to share with you more about our background in yoga and music:
🧘🏻♀️Yoga part.
Hey, this is Greta. I have started my yogic journey by completing a 300H TTC (Teacher Training Certificate) Restorative Hatha Yoga in InteYoga ashram in Mysore, India (2018). Ever since then I felt this little inner fire 🔥 growing in me. When I finally started sharing what I learned with others few years later, my fire started demanding more fuel in form of knowledge from me. Thus, I finished a 100H Transformational Sleep Yoga Nidra teacher training with my dear teachers Ally Boothroyd, Tiina Kivinen and Kristyn Rose. This experience allowed me to gain even more trust and confidence in myself and to realise how very needed these ancient teachings are to a modern human. Right now I am embarking on a new journey with another 200H TTC of Embodied Wisdom Hatha yoga with the same amazing teachers. ☄️
🪈 Music part.
Hi, this is Patricija. My relationship with music started when I was 7 years old, when I started to go to an elementary school that was based on Dr. Shinichi Suzuki philosophy. Dr. Suzuki believed that the creative spirit of music offered every child a chance to discover their inner talents, thus the elementary school was mainly focused on developing a deep relationship with music. The most special part of it was that we were introduced to music not through notes or any other theoretical method, but through deep listening and intuition. Meaning that we would have to listen to our teachers play various instruments and then based on what we heard try to repeat that, and later also improvise or let the intuitive creativity flow through us.
That’s my foundation with music. I pick an instrument, I deeply listen, and I open up myself like a vessel for the creative energy to flow through me into the instruments to reach the body, mind, and soul of others.
