LZ design will be present there at Schempp-Hirth booth, presenting new FES GEN4 battery packs and various FES accesories!

At 15:30 LZ design CEO Luka Žnidaršič and Bernard Dobre will have presentation about their 1000km out and return wave flight along "Adriatic highway" with Duo Discus FES.

It is time to have a closer look at who is going to compete to the World Final, isn't it? 👀
Let's do a recap, starting from the Qualifying VSGP in Australia 🇦🇺

Darius Gudziunas is from Vilnius 🇱🇹. Twice Champion of Lithuania in Club class, winner of different National championships, he took second place in the 4th FAI WGC in 13,5m class last year. Also regular winner of National virtual championships, he has a lot of international championships experience. The man from the Baltics is also working as a Captain in business aviation.

What makes him so special? He has competed to BOTH real-world SGP and Virtual SGP in Serie 11, which makes him a record holder in the Sailplane Grand Prix era.

He won the Qualifying VSGP of Australia 🇦🇺 with a significant lead, and ended up on the podium (3rd place) of the Qualifying SGP of Lithuania 🇱🇹 ! He will definitely by a 'one to watch' during the final! 🏁

'UFOs may be flying over the town: flying slowly, low and making no sound', - Prienai district police received such reports from the town residents last night.
We simply tested the new Mini LAK with Anti-collision lights (short video made during the production process).

After visiting the factory today, our customer asked when the first thoughts on aviation started? 1969 at an old dairy nearby?
No. It all started in 1933. Then two Lithuanian pilots flew across the Atlantic from The Floyd Bennett Airport in NY and completed the second-longest flight in the world (6411 km).
