At LUXEXPO THE BOX, we had the pleasure of bringing European Investment Fund (EIF)'s vision to life with an immersive setup that transformed both the networking and conference spaces. Key highlights include:

✨ A 54-meter-long LED screen in the conference hall, complete with integrated access doors to streamline speaker flow on stage—setting the scene for diverse presentation formats.

On June 8th and 9th, we had the pleasure of organizing an elegant event in Aachen, Germany, for a prestigious law firm from Luxembourg. ✨ 30 Years Bold: Spotlight on an Immersive SME Exhibition ✨

As part of the « 30 Years Bold » celebration for the European Investment Fund (EIF) in , our Shine a Light team designed an innovative and immersive exhibition showcasing 40 SMEs funded by EIF.

In collaboration with ,who played a pivotal role in the artistic direction and scenography, we used circles to create interconnected, immersive spaces. « Each intersection allowed for new thematic areas, creating a winding and exploratory path with colorful and illuminated openings, promising a fully immersive experience. »

Our design featured a vibrant palette that matched the client’s branding, with light transitions by adding a playful dimension. Each exhibit was bathed in contrasting light, drawing visitors into an engaging visual dialogue. The entire exhibition was thoughtfully crafted using reusable materials.

Visitors discovered innovative products, from robots and VR headsets to culinary delights. Video projections and ambient soundscapes deepened the immersion, guiding them through the themes of , , , and .

Let’s take a moment to look back at an unforgettable event from June! 👀

Last month, we organised the « Together » event for Clifford Chance Luxembourg at the Schéiss Arquebusiers in . With a minimalistic and elegant setup, including high tables, black metal chairs, and lush green plants, we created a warm and inviting atmosphere 🌿

The large « Together » letters at the entrance set a welcoming tone, while the warm lighting and comfortable lounge areas inside facilitated genuine interactions between employees and clients. The refined buffet added a memorable culinary touch to the evening.

This event perfectly highlighted Clifford Chance’s values of sharing and diversity.

A Bold Celebration: 30 Years of Innovation with EIF

This summer, we had the distinct honor of producing and organizing the 30th anniversary event for the European Investment Fund (EIF) in Luxembourg. This milestone celebration, aptly named « Bold, » highlighted the courage and innovation of the entrepreneurs supported by the fund over the past three decades.

The event, which welcomed 500 guests from across Europe, was designed as a two-day immersive experience. It featured an exhibition showcasing the groundbreaking products and services of 40 SMEs from various sectors across Europe. This dynamic setup not only celebrated EIF’s impressive 30-year journey but also provided a vibrant space for networking and celebration.

An immersive conference area hosted international speakers who shared inspiring insights on a range of topics, further enriching the experience. Shine a light meticulously designed and produced the entire scenography, seamlessly integrating the Bold identity throughout the event.

That’s a wrap! 🎬

We are incredibly proud to have had the opportunity to collaborate with the Luxembourg City Film Festival for its 14th edition! At Shine a Light, our mission is to create unforgettable experiences, and what an experience it was to work with , an event that splendidly showcased 123 films across more than 230 sessions and this year highlighted the talents of Wang Bing and Viggo Mortensen 🎥✨

For this edition, we not only participated in the logistical organization of this exceptional event but also created the content for the opening and award ceremonies.

Our team went above and beyond to deliver powerful and memorable moments, celebrating cinema in all its forms. Once again, thank you to the entire Luxembourg City Film Festival team for their trust and past collaboration, which enabled us to take on a wonderful challenge by spotlighting iconic figures in cinema.

✨ Thursday inspo : A Multidisciplinary Collaboration for an Immersive Experience ✨ In celebration of the « 30 Years Bold » milestone of the European Investment Fund (@eif4smes ) in #Luxembourg, Shine a Light crafted an engaging immersive space, skilfully blending a vibrant exhibition with a fully interactive conference area to inspire and connect attendees. This project was a true team effort, requiring a broad range of skills and expertise. From carpenters and painters to sound, light, and video engineers, as well as motion designers and artistic directors, every discipline came together to build an environment that was both original and captivating. Over 1200m² of space were transformed into an innovative showcase, highlighting the products and stories of 40 SMEs supported by EIF.
