We travelled Croatia for two months and found some awesome spots to record DJ sets! This is in the mountains of Klis, near Split 🚐🌞

We recorded this at the beach in Croatia with a view on Sibenik. It's a sunset live set with the best relaxing house and deep house tracks including music from labels such as Defected, DFTD, No Fuss, Ninja Tune and many more.

Defected Croatia 22… wow 💗

It has been one of the best decisions to attend this festival. This is such a special place and event. This really is where the house scene lives. It’s the best feeling to be among people who feel the same love and attraction to house music. The feeling here is pure, authentic and 100% house 💗

Everything I stand for is represented in this place. Love, peace, respect, unity.

We are NOMADS now! 🚐 Jimmi Harvey

the next phase of our lives begins now.. We have decided to exchange our apartment with a van, this baby is now our suitcase on wheels which takes us where ever we want to go. ☀️🌿

Tomorrow we will hand over the keys of the flat and will no longer have a fixed home, pretty scary but exactly what we want. Let this enrich our creativity! 💥

We will be living in different countries and cities starting off in Croatia, we are super excited and will share every part of our journey with you. Stay tuned!

Master’s Degree done ✔️👩‍🎓

I now officially finished my studies in communication design (KD) 🫶🏼 that chapter is done and I can’t describe how happy and relieved I feel. The past few months have been pretty stressful, but now I feel as free as never before. I feel like life is only just about to begin 💗

+ I’m super hyped to again more time to focus on music, finallyyy!!

A lot of changes are happening RIGHT NOW and I can’t wait to tell you more💗💥✨

I started out djing when I was 23 years old. I remember thinking ‘why did I start this late’ or ‘maybe I’m already too old to make it, most people start way younger’.

When you are 35 you believe you should have started earlier and when you are 18 you think you should have started earlier. It’s okay to feel this way, but do not let it stop you from taking action.

I learned that you have got to start somewhere, no matter your age, no matter your skill level. As long as you have passion and endurance it is worth it. Let yourself be surprised, where the journey will take you.

For me, the biggest key was to surround myself with people who believe in me and from there everything changed 💙💚

Thanks to everyone who has supported me throughout this amazing journey. Starting to DJ is honestly one of the best decisions I ever took in life. It fulfills me with so much joy and it just means to so much to me, it’s crazy.
Also I’m beyond grateful to have met so many amazing people in the music industry and nightlife scene and of course the supporters of my music and those who always come to my gigs to dance with me❤️ You all make this possible.

I’m excited to see where my journey takes me in the future but one thing I’m sure of, it won’t stop now 💖

3 weeks ago I submitted a mixtape to the Defected Records Unsung Heroes Competition supported by Pioneer DJ … last week they told me that I made it into the TOP 100!! 🥺💖⚡️ Out of around 4000 entries I’m in the top 100, wow.

21 members of Defected staff, including Simon, went through the entries and have whittled them down into a longlist of just over 100 DJs. To be part of those 100 already fulfills me with so much joy ✨
