It's a well-known fact that a significant percentage of employees suffer from burnout in their current job.

📊 The statistics are quite alarming - 77% of employees have experienced burnout, while stress is a common issue for 91% of people, negatively affecting their work quality.

☝️ It's not just the employees who are impacted; employers are impacted too. In fact, 57% of employers believe that burnout affects their company's turnover and retention rates. As a result, it's no surprise that 2.6 times as many burned-out employees are actively seeking a different job.

On June 30, a great summer celebration took place in the LU Botanical Garden, where our scavenger hunt “MADARA: here and now 🌱” was one of the day’s activities.

“Thank you for your efforts in creating the game for the MÁDARA team! Colleagues were pleasantly surprised and excited about the tasks. I enjoyed how the game's content and challenges were meaningful and humorous, as well as creative and educational. Last week Roadgames programmer Lauris Eidmanis attended Google “I/O Connect” Amsterdam Conference a one-day event that brought together tech enthusiasts from around the world. The conference featured inspiring keynotes, engaging sessions, cutting-edge technology showcases, valuable networking opportunities and a focus on diversity and inclusion. 📲

On June 26, Laura Skruskopa , Roadgames Sales project manager, presented the Roadgames story and explained how creativity is expressed in the game creation process at "TechUp Kurzeme" in Ventspils.

At the beginning of May, IPF Digital Latvia team went on a Roadgames adventure to Murjāņi, Līgatne, and Sigulda 🚗. The four-hour journey included stops such as the Witches' Cauldron, Sigulda's medieval castle, Līgatne's Soviet bunker, and many more 🔍.
