kabinets (Room 309) was established in February 2010. Originally located on the 3rd floor in former Valka hospital “Electric light healing” room 309. Since 2010 it runs as an event/concert venue hosting shows mostly for indie/rock/electronic/experimental etc. Currently running as a pop-up venue based in Valka Art School.
