Profil :
- Expérience dans un poste similaire d’au moins 5 ans, de préférence sur le marché du Luxe.
- Diplôme Bac+4/5 type école de commerce/gestion /évènementiel/Communication
- Excellent niveau d’anglais et de français oral et écrit impératif, la maîtrise d’une autre langue serait appréciée.
- La connaissance du marché marocain serait un plus.
Mission :
Sous la responsabilité du directeur général, vResponsabilité du bon fonctionnement, de la coordination et de la supervision du bureau, intégrant :

Traitement du courrier entrant et sortant, envoi de mailings
Prise en charge des contacts téléphoniques entrants
Gestion de l’agenda, le travail administratif de différents services Gestion des commandes de fournitures de bureau
Prise en charge du classement, de la correspondance, des factures sortantes du suivi des coûts, de la rédaction d’offres et de promotions, de l’organisation de réunions et d’ateliers
