3) နို့ခွက်ပါသော နှစ်ထပ်ငုံ ချုပ်ခြင်း ကော့စက် ကော်ချောင်း များနဲ့ ချုပ်သောအထည်များကိုကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်စွာ ချုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
