📣Join our instructor, , for Bachata Dance Fit classes filled with moves, fun and sweet rhythms.

🎶🎶Music and movement allow us to escape from the world for just a moment, to be present in our bodies, and to feel the utmost joy. Throughout this Bachata dance workout, it’s important that you have fun moving your body.

💃Zlata designed the class to accommodate dancers of all levels. From the beginning, Zlata will guide you in understanding the body mechanics of bachata dance. You will feel that your whole body, especially your legs and core, is engaged. Dancing will work your muscles starting from the floor, through your legs, and all the way up to your back and arms.

The class starts with a few easy steps and gradually progresses to more challenging ones, ending with a short celebratory dance that will further enhance your workout.

FERMENTATION ATELIER

This introductory atelier is designed for non-food professionals who are interested in food traditions and the health benefits of fermented foods. You'll learn how to confidently follow, practice, and develop ferments for your own use at home or in a professional setting.

Learn how to make your own kimchi, kombucha and pickles, and discover the world of fermentation - one of the oldest preservation techniques. Making your own fermented foods is one of the best and simplest things you can do to improve your health, and it's so much fun.

The workshop will combine demonstration and hands-on cooking, with lots of tips, talking, and tasting. You will make kimchi or a jar of seasonal fermented vegetables of your choice, as well as try some flavored kombucha and make your own to take home.
