📣Join our instructor, , for Bachata Dance Fit classes filled with moves, fun and sweet rhythms.

🎶🎶Music and movement allow us to escape from the world for just a moment, to be present in our bodies, and to feel the utmost joy. Throughout this Bachata dance workout, it’s important that you have fun moving your body.

💃Zlata designed the class to accommodate dancers of all levels. From the beginning, Zlata will guide you in understanding the body mechanics of bachata dance. You will feel that your whole body, especially your legs and core, is engaged. Dancing will work your muscles starting from the floor, through your legs, and all the way up to your back and arms.

The class starts with a few easy steps and gradually progresses to more challenging ones, ending with a short celebratory dance that will further enhance your workout.

This introductory atelier is designed for non-food professionals who are interested in food traditions and the health benefits of fermented foods. You'll learn how to confidently follow, practice, and develop ferments for your own use at home or in a professional setting.

Learn how to make your own kimchi, kombucha and pickles, and discover the world of fermentation - one of the oldest preservation techniques. Making your own fermented foods is one of the best and simplest things you can do to improve your health, and it's so much fun.

The workshop will combine demonstration and hands-on cooking, with lots of tips, talking, and tasting. You will make kimchi or a jar of seasonal fermented vegetables of your choice, as well as try some flavored kombucha and make your own to take home.

Hey, Meet Ganaa

Ganaa was born in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and has been living in Macau for the past 20 years. She is a Holistic Therapist and the Founder of Soul Healing Macau. Ganaa is a certified Reiki Master, Sound Healing Therapist, and Mandala Dot Art Therapy Practitioner.

She is an artist with a passion for drawing Dot Mandalas. She strongly believes in the value of this activity as a source of absolute joy, as well as its therapeutic and self-enriching qualities. Her goal is to share the experience of immense mental peace that comes from being engrossed in creating this artwork.

"Mandala dotting not only teaches techniques but also promotes focus, patience, and fine motor skills. It allows young minds to express themselves artistically in a meditative and relaxing way."

We have come to realize that creativity is like a voice that has been with us for many years. We enjoy painting, writing, reading, making flower bouquets, cooking, meditate and taking walks in gardens, while engaging in meaningful conversations with friends.

However, in the past, we didn't always feel excited or enthusiastic about pursuing our passions. This was because we felt that these smaller things were not significant enough to make a real difference in our lives. We believed that in order to feel successful, we needed to focus on bigger things that would lead to a full and happy life.

Kate is a Filipina born in Macau who has always been creative at heart and has a never-ending fondness for trying out new crafts, drawings, paintings, and more. In 2021, she taught herself how to create digital art, which has unlocked a new art form for her to explore. After gaining three years of digital art experience, she is now building a career in Graphic Designing. She has also ventured into writing articles, producing YouTube videos, and gaining credibility as a Social Media Marketer.

In late 2021, she co-founded Scribble Avenue to finally have a platform to share her passion for journaling and planning. She combines both digital and traditional art to create fun and lovely stationery and journals.
