✨ Let Go to Grow: Mindfulness & Creative Session ✨

Last Friday, our SHE community gathered at the magical Vincent's Eco Estate for an unforgettable afternoon of reflection, creativity, and connection. 🌿 The beautiful floral setup by our SHE members The Blooming Bunch set the perfect tone.

Guided by the brilliant Victoria from SIP and PAINT MALTA, we took time to reflect on a personal or business goal, jotting down notes before transforming our thoughts into art. 🎨 Each canvas became a powerful expression of both our goals and fears; a release to move closer to what truly matters.

With refreshing Bundabergs in hand thanks to What's in your Glass, we shared our stories, connected with both old and new members and sealed our reflections in envelopes with a future date for accountability. 💌

It was a day of mindfulness, creativity, and community spirit - reminding us that growth begins when we create space to let go.

Following years of freelancing, we officially founded The Blooming Bunch in January 2024. Trained in sustainable floristry in the UK, we built our studio on one clear mission: sustainability first.

As Malta’s foremost florists who have never used floral foam (oasis), we are committed to showing that beauty, scale, and creativity in floristry can be achieved without harmful materials. 💚

Our style is natural, contemporary, and rooted in British floristry and gardening, reflecting the seasons and embracing the imperfect beauty of nature. 🌸🌱

Beyond flowers, our purpose is to educate and inspire—proving that seasonal floristry and large installations can thrive without damaging the planet.

We’re excited to keep growing, learning, and sharing new sustainable practices in the years to come. 🌍✨
