We had the privilege of setting up Evolution Gaming's SIGMA party, spread across 3 floorsβ€”each with its own unique theme and entertainment.

From LED dancers, bar flair shows, and live bands to DJs, close-up magic, custom temporary tattoos, a Wheel of Shots, photobooth and dancers, every corner was packed with excitement and energy.

To top it off, we crafted a striking facade at the entrance, welcoming guests into a new world.

It was a challenge coordinating all floors simultaneously, but the results were nothing short of spectacular!

We are currently looking for reliable and multi talented Events Executives to join our growing team!

Requirements:
Strong admin skills - experience in a previous role is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English is a must, additional languages considered an asset)

Available weekdays 10am-6pm but flexible/willingness to be flexible when needed in the weekends

Preferably with a background and/or interest in events and entertainment

Well versed with Gmail, Google Drive and Excel

Creative flare in all aspects of work (and life!)

Take initiative and know when to step back or forward into your responsibilities

Problem Solving Skills

Previous experience in an administrative position - minimum 1 year

Duties:
Answering phone calls, emails and requests

Booking and outsourcing third party suppliers

Preparing and setting up event bookings

Planning/ organising events both independently and as part of the events team

Scheduling and communicating with staff

Building strong client-company relationships

Creating new event ideas and concepts
