Our philosophy

Experience and energy are the two most important ingredients in event planning. Over the years we have built strong relationships with a number of partnering venues and service providers. This allows us to offer you our professional services without increasing your costs. In a few words, this means

that you will pay nothing extra for our services. On the contrary, we may be able to provide an event of a higher quality at a lower cost than any individual would ever manage to. The team

The Event Planner Ltd team is composed of numerous event organisers and suppliers with years of experience in their respective fields. The mix of people in the team is necessary since the requirements of the different events catered for vary greatly. By having specialist event planners for each type of event we avoid the jack of all trades-master of none problem. The members of the team do not only have a strong work ethic, but enjoy every bit of the job. Feel free to set a meeting to discuss your ideas! There are a number of ways in which we can assist you in your events, depending on your needs.

1. We shall work on your event from beginning to end. You may relax and leave all the logistics to us.

2. Venue search. We can discuss possible venues for the event you have in mind. We shall then compile a report for each option and send it over together with a number of photos. A meeting with the venue is then set up and you may take it over from there.

3. Supplier search: When you have everything planned but still need few last things, we can search for the suitable suppliers or service providers that you require. We can then send over information on each and you may take it from there. This service is free of charge!

Last night, we were thrilled to assist in bringing the vision of a spectacular event to life during the ftNFT YoCerebrum Awards 2024 hosted by Fastex and the after-party hosted by BetConstruct together with their talented team.

This exceptional event included well renowned artists such as JasonDerulo and Artbat, as well as top local talent and international dance groups.
