- co-ordinate the wedding day with our clients according to their requirements and needs
- Holding a pre wedding meeting, mass rehearsal & on site setup when requested
- Co-ordinate the day at the reception venue with rest of suppliers

Requirements:
- Maltese speaking is a MUST (it is useless sending a cv if not Maltese speaking)
- Own Transport is required
- Ready to work during weekends & public holidays
- Previous experience in the wedding sector will be taken in consideration, however
inhouse training will be provided

The Organizer Started officially in 2014/15, and today has become one of Malta’s leading Wedding Organizers company. Although our experience in weddings dates earlier then 2014, Once The Organizer started its aim was to ease as much as possible the wedding stress from the couple. That’s why we wanted to create a on stop shop for needs which can be dealt directly from the same place & company. We are also the only company to offer Beverages for our clients directly, cost worth-it and hassle free.

The Organizer is not just one person, but has grown up in a team of six Organizers all looking forward to let you enjoy one of the best days in your lives while we check and manage all the rest.
