Laser & CNC operators - Experience working on Co2, Fibre lasers, CNC machines, oscillating knife machines, assembling and fabricating signage

Signage Installers - Experience working with ACM, Dimensional signage, general signage, on-site installation

3D channel lettering fabricators - Experience using automated CNC channel letter bending machines, Fibre laser welding, Grinding and finishing.

Expo / Exhibition stand builders & installers - Experience in any field relating to the setup of stand booths.

Sales and Business Development Executive

DDG is looking for a reliable & dynamic person to improve our brand recognition, help boost sales growth, maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

This is a dynamic role covering many facets of both MaltaSigns & MaltaExpo - Sales, Marketing and Development. MaltaSigns is a leading manufacturer & fabricator of all types of Signage and Visual communication solutions. MaltaExpo is aimed at the Exhibition booth / stand market both locally and overseas.

Responsibilities include:

Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Develop and maintain client relationships
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, meeting, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Process customer orders into jobs
Prepare and submit sales contracts
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Monitor and discuss with project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Interact with co-workers to coordinate and disseminate information to complete job assignments
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience in a similar role
Driving License
Proficiency in English and ideally in Maltese.
Understand measurements and interpret plans and spatial environments.
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus (Training will be provided)
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a hands on results-driven approach and excellent organizational skills
Must be able to work under pressure, handle stress, and direct other staff to accomplish company objectives
Reliable and ready to perform under little or no supervision
Maintain adherence to attendance, work schedule, and prepared to begin work at scheduled start time
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Applicants with previous experience in Sign Making and /or Exhibition Stand market will be considered an asset.

Remuneration will be based on experience and discussed during interview.
