A passion for Healthy

Hi everyone :) My name is Amanda Tonna and my life is based around living healthy and caring for the environment. My biggest passion is definitely healthy eating so I love creating food from scratch. I started experimenting with RAW desserts a few years ago to satisfy my sweet tooth (that I got from my mum :P) without the extra load of sugar. Me and my mum both share a love for chocolate so I would say it’s definitely my drug of choice. The only ingredients used in RAW food are those found in nature that are free from artificial substances and refined sugar and are mostly organic. To maintain all the natural enzymes and nutrition found in the raw ingredients, we use only temperatures below 42 °C while cooking. This is fuel for the body and soul.

In 2015 I decided to share my guilt-free desserts with the people of Norway. In 2018, I moved back to my lovely home-country of Malta :)
