Meet our Events Energizer Cassandra Rass from Munich 💛

In her youth, Cassandra attended a sports boarding school, leaving home at an early age. She then embarked on an international journey, never looking back. From coaching volleyball to working with individuals with disabilities, her diverse experiences enriched her perspective on life. These ventures took her around the globe before she eventually found her home on the sunny island of Malta.

Cassandra’s background in connecting with people across various cultures has sharpened her ability to read body language and enhance her interpersonal skills. She is known for her positivity, good vibes, and reliability, making her a fun and dependable colleague. Cassandra is an excellent communicator with a positive attitude, and is an invaluable part of our events team.

Matilde discovered her passion for events during an internship organizing corporate events. With a bachelor's degree in business communication, she honed her skills during a stint in Budapest and pursued a master's in marketing with a focus on Festivals and Events Management in Edinburgh. Matilde's journey in the events industry began as a project manager for Fado Concerts, where her fervor for creating memorable experiences took root.
