Introducing our first venue which is located only a 30 minute drive from Catania. Nestled between the citrus groves, olive trees and vineyards, this has got to be one of the most spectacular venues we have ever seen! You'll be mesmerised as soon as the castle comes into view from the winding road leading you there. It offers a number of outdoor (including a pool area) and indoor spaces so you can have your symbolic ceremony under the trees or in the little chapel and then have dinner set up between the citrus trees! Taking your fur babies with you to Sicily is possible and is a straightforward process.

There’s nothing better than being surrounded by your loved ones on your wedding day and having your pet there with you on your big day. If this is something that you would like, read the following information on how to go about it.

Virtu Ferries - Pets

Before departing Sicily, to return to Malta, you will also need to visit a vet for the health check and signature on the passport. If you are travelling with your dog, and are staying 5 days or more, they will also need to be dewormed again.

One last thing that needs to be done, is registering your pets before coming back to Malta so that the authorities are aware of their arrival:

Before deciding on whether to bring them along or not, make sure the venue and your accommodation accepts pets and ensure there’s someone who is willing and able to watch your pet during the ceremony and reception. You want to enjoy your day without worrying about your pet’s well-being.

We are back! New year, new adventure! We will be in Sicily in the coming weeks searching for your perfect venue.
