Most people locally are used to the same carnations - but the world of flowers is lovely because breeders are continously coming up with new breeds. We have been experimenting with these newer breeds (hundreds available) here are some photos of newer carnations. These are slightly more costly than the regular carnations but they are stunning arent they?

So do not be surprised if you receive orders from us with newer carnations in your bouquets.

A big part of our business is deliveries - in fact most of our work comes through our website www.maltaflorist.com

When booking through our website we ask clients to supply us with name, address and contact number of the recipient. We use the services of a courier to deliver. Which means we book the delivery with a third party courier and pay for it in advance. The courier needs to be sure the recipient is home when delivering otherwise flowers get misplaced. And we will not only need to pay for another delivery (which are not cheap) but replace the entire bouquet to fulfill your order!

This is the reason we require all details. As a business we cannot afford to replace misplaced flowers. This is why we do not accept to deliver unless we have the details. Thanks for understanding

This weekend, we had the pleasure of designing a beautiful unique floral backdrop for a celebration of love. We used this beautiful carob tree and using entirely sustainable mechanics we designed a unique floral installation whilst retaining all the charm of the venue. Starting work at approximately 1.30 AM presented a physical challenge for our team, but we are proud of the entire setup from last weekend’s wedding. Imagine 18th century France meets Edwardian Gala hosted in 2023”. This was the vision Carl and Rosemarie came to us with (along with a request for a red, gold & white palette. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!!

This was a wedding that pushed our creative boundaries and we are SO proud of how it came to life. We are so excited for all the beautiful weddings still to come this year ❤️🌷

These designs are not what we usually publish because they are not really the style of our maltese client. We do however love to experiment with other styles including asian minimal styles :) last february we even thought an ikebana masterclass and we thought we would share some with you today.
