Exploring Valleys - Wied il Kbir was a good kickstart trek for our winter walks schedule. It was nice to see many familiar faces and many new comers.

We would like to thank Helpers on Hooves - Equine Facilitated Learning Malta Elaine Agius and her team, for their collaboration during this event.

Exciting News, we are collaborating with Helpers on Hooves - Equine Facilitated Learning Malta during the event Exploring Valleys - Wied il Kbir

Helpers on Hooves is an organisation who are passionate about helping people find empowerment, their wellbeing and personal development. Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) provides an opportunity to connect with horses and discover more about themselves.

We will be lucky to discover more about their valuable work while exploring one of Malta's biggest valleys.

Today is World Mental Health Day.

Here at Klabb360 we believe that mental health is at top priority when it comes to wellness.
Bad times can hit everyone.
The hard reality is that many are suffering in silence.
Many factors are contributing to this, but we should fight back.
Awareness is not enough, we should work on it!
Everyone has to give it's part in a community, Some times, Just a smile can change everything!

Be kinder, be positive, be available, be curious, be gentle, be more Human!

One of the aims of our walks is to bring people together and then nature by itself is the best therapy!

This year we will focus more on this 'cause' and we want to make our events a hub for the community especially those who are struggling on their own.

For this winter we are already planning new routes and new events, keep following for more upcoming updates ☺️

Yesterday Exploring Wied Babu wasn't just a hike but also a memorable experience!

The valley is surrounded by unique geological formations, flora, fauna and a beautiful sea which many of you enjoyed 🙂

Summer is feeling closer and being next to the sea makes us more looking forward to it.

Yesterday hike Munxar trail (Exploring Malta South Coast) took us through a unique scenery that only the south cliff side can give.

As always we have been accompanied by good company and awesome people!

Exploring Wied il Ghasel (Honey Valley) was a very distinctive hike.
We were lucky to have a very nice day but we had to cope with the warm weather!
I strongly believe that diversity makes us stronger 💪 and yesterday was the proof of this. Kids, teens, adults and elderly, local and foreigners, got along very well and made up their way to cross the valley together as team!

Please be aware we'll be walking on the valley bed, which contains loose rock and some slippery parts. Be sure to wear good trekking or trail shoes!

Today's wind didn't stop us from enjoying the outdoors! Today's walk Xemxija to Selmun Trail turned out very nice and enjoyable. The trail offered us spectacular views, historical curiosities and good company along the way 😎

Finding Baron Ippolito's Treasure - Has Saptan Trail
Our first Trekking event for this year took us along the country side of the area know as Ħas Saptan.

The area is mainly composed by Wied Żembaq, numerous cultivated fields, farms and allot of historical spots, the oldest built during bronze age!

Our walk was entertained by a Treasure hunt which guided us through the trail.

Mystery, History and Nature led us to a sweet treasure which everyone enjoyed 🤤

Today Klabb360 turns 1!!!!

We started a rough start when Covid19 isolated many people in their homes.

Our mission became breaking social distance and make people socialise again through outdoor trekking.

This had a positive outcome and the result was allot of smiles and positive feedback along the way.

We wish to thank everyone met throughout this journey and we look forward for more fun times!

We are delighted and proud to see most of our members photos taken during "Walk and shoot" exhibit at the photographic exhibition "Lenti fuq beltna" which will be open during this weekend for "Żejt iż Żejtun".

During today's opening we had the honour to be joined by her Honor Mary Louise Coleiro Preca representing Fondazzjoni Nazareth to which our Winning members have donated their winning prices. Well done Daniela and Shirley!!!!

All those who have attended our event and submitted their photos, but haven't attended today's opening are encouraged to view their photos exhibited and please contact Sean Chircop at Żejtun local council to collect your certificate of attendance.

To all those who participated during the "Walk and Shoot", on the 22nd September at 18.30 the Zejtun local council will be opening a photographic exhibition of the Winning photos.

We are very happy to have two winners from our group!
You are all invited to join!

During the event a certificate will be issued to ALL PARTICIPANTS and prices will be given to winners.

Winners will have the opportunity to forward their price to Fondazzjoni Dar Nazareth during the event.

For all those who participated in the "Walk and Shoot" event, we have good news for you!
Two contestants have be selected from this competition.
These two winners will be contacted via email individually.
All others will be invited for a reception organized by the Zejtun local council were a certificate of attendance will be issued.
During this event our group members winners will have the chance to forward their reward to Fondazzjoni Dar Nazareth.

Today's walk was truly amazing! Despite the hot temperature, nature doesn't stop to impress us with it's beauty.

Beyond noise and pollution, our first dip was also fresh and awesome!

This walk marks the start of our summer break for trekking events.

We will resume trekking events at the end of this year. 😎 Enjoy summer and stay safe ✌️
