“Sacred Food” is an invitation to explore these enquiries together, to look at food through a lens of reverence and appreciation, to dive deep into our relationship with food, and take responsibility for ourselves and the environment. In an era where there is much disconnection between the food products we consume and ho

w these are produced, Sacred Food seeks to connect the dots and reconnect people to the process of food. We know from experience that when the connection is made, a natural respect and appreciation is reignited within us all. We then make different choices that are more aligned with our intuition and mother nature. We offer tailored retreat catering worldwide including vegan, vegetarian, raw vegan, macrobiotic, keto, pescatarian, flexitarian, gluten free, sugar free & allergen friendly. And just like this, with the blink of an eye, another year with the amazing team of the .institute came to an end.
Four powerful retreats took place during 2025, the last one finishing just three days ago.
Lots of beautiful moments with these magic ladies; lots of support, hugs, laughter and tears; lots of learning, shedding and healing. And that’s not only for the participants…

These retreats brought some significant lessons, which I embrace with deep gratitude, for the growth and expansion of the heart and soul beautifully come through the connection with other humans.

I’m grateful also for the last two retreats saw and me back together in the kitchen, confirming the amazing team we are, as we support and understand each other on many different layers.

And I’m grateful for the yummy food we prepared, facilitating the journey for everyone 🙏🏽
Grateful for the cakes, the sharing, the ginger love, the eggs hugging in the pan, the cold air outside, and the warm fire inside ❤️‍🔥

Now I’m back on the land for some quiet time to integrate with myself; to be with nature; to witness the rain cleansing, and listen to the trees whispering their sacred messages.

Some connections can’t be explained, but just felt.
Some emotions can’t be rationalised, but just integrated.
Some relationships can never end, but only evolve into their greater version.

And Sacred Food is the fruit of such evolution.
We are the living example of such evolution.

The olive harvesting season has started here at Terra Sangha, and I’ve never been so in love!
The whole process is just an incredibly beautiful experience 🤩
The different phases, from picking to cleaning; and the different energy that they require: it’s pure meditation.
In the last three days I’ve spent hours and hours amongst olive trees, with my hands and arms between their branches; wind, rain, sun, music, silence… just hours in deep presence with this.
So grounding… I’ve never felt this good!
