We’ve got a brand new teambuilding activity for you – The Creative Touch 🎨

How does it work? Participants must each create one ‘slice’ of a massive painting using a blank canvas, paints and brushes. The final work of art is revealed once all participants combine their artwork – a lesson in the importance of an individual’s work as part of a whole team!

The events industry comes with its stresses, and promoting a healthy work-life balance is something true to the company’s values. Every few months the team gets together for our own teambuilding day, and many of these days are centred around wellness and wellbeing.

We’ve done yoga, spent time at a horse farm, tried cold therapy & breathwork, gone for hikes & abseiling, even let off steam at laser tag and danced the night away together 🫶🏼

So for Stress Awareness Month, we’d like to encourage all leaders to not forget this important aspect of teamwork!

We started 2024 with a bang! 💥 JUGS had the pleasure of organising multiple events for Abbott in collaboration with Alpine Sterling DMC.
