Adissen loves seeing his students grow in confidence, especially when they overcome their fear. His lessons are tailored to each individual, making each swimming session fun and effective. His learn-to-swim team members at Côte d'Or is his second family and they always share ideas to improve every class. Outside of teaching, Adissen is an avid sports fan, especially of ⚽ FIFA and football. He is a die-hard Manchester United supporter. 🎼 Music plays a big part in his life, and he enjoys hiking to connect with 🌴 nature and challenge himself physically.

Above all, her favourite moments are those spent with her two daughters, Sanhabye and Tushti. The trio often embarks on long drives together, creating lasting memories. Varsha is a deeply family-centred individual, and her bond with her daughters is at the heart of everything she does. 💪 She takes pride in balancing both her professional and personal life with equal dedication.

🌊 Swedish elite swimmers training camp at Côte d'Or! The Swedish Sports Club chose Mauritius for their summer escape as Côte d'Or offers upscale sports facilities in Africa for 💪 athletes to refine their skills, enhance their performance, and build their physical strength to the highest standard. The 15 swimmers trained in the World Aquatics accredited swimming pools and in the HPC outdoor gym.

Yesterday marked the final day of the HPC 20/20 Vision Program at Côte d'Or with the Table Tennis Team. The young players were guided through proper lifting techniques at the HPC outdoor gym 💪 and gained valuable insights into high performance training. They went through some fitness tests, including grip strength tests and BlazePods. Throughout the training session, the young players learned essential skills and discovered the opportunities needed to excel as elite athletes.
