Abukado Colada

1.5 oz aged rum
1 oz rich matcha5 oz lime juice syrup
3 oz thai coconut milk
2 tsp avocado powder
fresh grated nutmeg

This ‘sour’ was invented in 1984 by Dick Bradsell, a London bartender noted for his innovation. The Bramble was invented in Fred's Club in Soho where Dick aimed to invent a British drink using British products.

The Phoenix

35 ml Patron sylver rapid nitrous infused with curcuma
30 ml Aperol
15 ml Mandarine Napoleon
15 ml fresh lime juice
1 bsp homemade agave syrup flavoured roast blood orange
1 drop saline solution
10 ml flamed Ardberg Wee Beastie 5 years old

Shake the first 6 ingredients pour gently the flamed Ardberg on top.
Optional : Throw a pinch of floo powder ( use cinnamon if you run out 😉 )
