HOOK a CHEF is a fine catering company offering delectable cuisine services as well as many tailor-made services to customers for events such as cocktails, intimate receptions (not more than 50 pax), business dinner, paléo cuisine and more intimate ones like ‘Candle Light’ dinner. The company provides “haute fusion cuisine” mainly found in hotels. The aim of these services is to bring the starred restaurant to your house!
The company started since 27th September 2010. It was operating as a part time catering services.
The philosophy of the company is to provide the feeling of being unique as all the services provided are tailor-made, therefore gives our customers what they would have like to have in a high level restaurant but in a more precise, special way, as all the menu is made from the customer only needs. We create intense palatable experience.
This is essential to us, that every customer is treated in the same way since they all matter!
Every single plus point is important to us in the sense that the quality of the products is fresh, the price is according to the kind of product chosen by the customer, the service is to a one-to-one customer to create bo***ge and ensure that we give the individual all our attentions and the best service as possible.

History
We started with a 7-year-old Kevin who decided to prepare dinner for his family – omelettes, he succeeded in making a perfect one and almost burned down the kitchen! With the help of his wife later on, they decided to ignite this love, passion for cooking and give it a proper start. LBRM was created on the 27th September 2010. From there, LBRM began to make itself known to other people who requested LBRM for their events throughout the year. Mr. Hook has been solicited many times to speak about his career and of LBRM in career conventions, prepared Christmas meal for Odile Halbwachs in Kitikoui television culinary programme as well as participated in “Super Chef” culinary competition and also winner of various culinary competition inland and abroad, winner of the Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau 2017 .
Since we like our products to be fresh ones, Mr. Hook personally goes to the market and to other suppliers for the choice of his products. He has therefore developed a bond with his suppliers and is their faithful customer it is in that same way that he relies on their friendly services and products.
What is our “Personal chef” concept? Well, the date of the event is already planned one week before same as a tailor-made menu mainly based on the guest preference. Our team come to the customer’s residence; there the ‘mise en place’ takes place and at the same time, cooking tips are being shared. This is the most exciting and challenging part of the event. We ensure the total welfare of the customers from the set up to the kitchen and leaves the residence with a happy and satisfied customer!
Cooking classes are also available to those interested in enhancing their knowledge of this particular art.
