🇲🇻 This aerial photo reveals a part of , one of neighborhoods within Malé, the capital of . The photo is taken in 2018.

According to a report issued in 2022 by Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology, Maldives, “the capital of Maldives is one of the most densely populated pieces of land in the World. The population density of Malé is 65,776 per kilometre, making it one of the top ten most densely populated urban areas. This figure is increasing at an alarming rate each year, adding to the congestion problems already faced by the economic hub of this island nation.”

The city itself covers an area of 8 km2 and houses over 250 thousand people. (Avas)

Dj artist lights up a smoke on set at Maldives Music Week.

Facundo is a dj and producer from Argentina. His tracks have characteristic soft pads, lush melodies, his style is progressive house, lately with a bit of tech influence.
His wonderful fast growing career have taken him to various countries in a short period of time. England, Russia, Bulgaria, Tunisia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Maldives to name a few.

Sh. Mathi Komandoo is a inhabited island next to Komandoo which both soon will be connected with a link road. Hope that this natural pool stays same after the development. Need to find ways to develop without damaging the nature.
