Para asegurar que se capturen los momentos importantes del día de tu boda, tenemos algunos consejos que te ayudarán a trabajar con tu fotógrafo. Agenda una reunión en la que se pulan los siguientes detalles:
• Hora de llegada al lugar
• Tiempo para dedicar a cada sección de la boda.
• Lista de invitados en orden de importancia para las fotos.
• Dónde se tomarán las fotos
• ¿Qué pasará si el clima es inclemente?
• ¿Quién puede pedirles a los fotógrafos que tomen fotografías específicas (si esta es una opción)?
• Aparcamiento para los vehículos de los fotógrafos.
• Código de vestimenta, arreglos de alojamiento y/o comida para el fotógrafo y sus asistentes.
•
• Otras consideraciones, como el origen étnico, la religión y los rituales culturales de los novios, que pueden aparecer en la boda.

To make sure the moments that matter on your wedding day are captured, we’ve got a few tips that will help you work with your photographer. Schedule a meeting in which the following details can be polished:
• Time of arrival at the venue
• Time to spend on each section of the wedding
• Guestlist in order of importance for photos
• Where photos will be taken
• What will happen if the weather is inclement
• Who may ask the photographers to take specific photos (if this is an option)
• Parking for the photographers’ vehicles
• Dress code, accommodation and/or meal arrangements for the photographer and their assistants
• Other considerations such as the bride and groom’s ethnicity, religion, and cultural rituals that may feature at the wedding
• Draw up a timeline before the wedding day.

🍷¿Cómo calcular el alcohol para la boda?

La temporalidad del evento ayudará a definir la cantidad de tus bebidas.
El consumo estimado por persona en un evento de 5 horas es de 5 tragos, es decir, alrededor de un trago por hora. Si la celebración es en la playa, el promedio de consumo de bebidas puede aumentar, calcula alrededor de unos 1.5 tragos por hora.

La mayoría de las botellas son de 750 ml y un trago de destilados normalmente debe de realizarse con 2 oz de alcohol, lo que se traduce en un promedio de 13 tragos por botella.

✍🏼Un ejemplo de cálculo:
200 invitados por 5 horas
1.5 Tragos x persona x hora = 7.5 tragos x persona
200 invitados = 1,500 tragos
Tequila (4 tragos por invitado) = 62 botellas
Cerveza (2 por invitado) = 400 cervezas
Vino de mesa (1.5 por invitado) = 24 botellas

No olvides agregar un margen adicional para imprevistos y recuerda siempre fomentar el consumo responsable de alcohol entre tus invitados.

🌿💐La sustentabilidad va más allá de seguir una tendencia.

A finales de mayo tuvimos la oportunidad de asistir a la certificación de “Empresa competente en Turismo de Romance Sustentable” con sede en Los Cabos B.C.

Al estudiar casos reales y adquirir nuevas herramientas, podemos ejecutar eventos y servicios de romance de forma más amigable con el medio ambiente, ayudar a los clientes a tomar decisiones sustentables durante la planificación y ejecución de sus eventos y fomentar la conciencia ecológica en nuestro destino.

Para obtener ambos certificados fue necesario crear un manual con protocolos ambientales y aprobar un examen final. Esta certificación cuenta con el respaldo internacional de DWSI (Destination Wedding Specialist Institute), de ICTUR (Instituto de Competitividad Turística), perteneciente a la Secretaria de Turismo del Gobierno de México y ACTURMEX (Asociación de Competitividad Turística de México.

Agradecemos a nuestros instructores y a Destination Wedding Specialist Association por impulsar a que más empresas se sumen al esfuerzo y se conviertan en agentes de cambio.

🌿💐Sustainability is not a trend: it's a must

At the end of May we had the opportunity to attend the certification “Sustainable Company in the Romance Tourism”, based in Los Cabos B.C.

By studying real cases and acquiring new tools, we can execute events and romance services in a more environmentally friendly way, help clients make sustainable decisions during the planning and ex*****on of their events, and promote ecological awareness in our destination.

To obtain both certificates it was necessary to create a manual with environmental protocols and pass a final exam. This certification has the international support of DWSI (Destination Wedding Specialist Institute), ICTUR (Tourism Competitiveness Institute), of the Mexican Secretary of Tourism and ACTURMEX (Tourism Competitiveness Association of Mexico).

We thank our instructors and the Destination Wedding Specialist Association for encouraging more companies to join the effort and become agents of change.

🎉¿Cómo pueden las parejas incorporar la cultura local en su boda?

Con la diversidad de culturas y tradiciones en todo el mundo, es importante ser culturalmente sensible y consciente al asistir o planificar una boda. Existe un mundo de posibilidades para incorporar la cultura local en cada detalle.

Las recepciones de bodas en México son conocidas por ser una fiesta increíble.
Qué tal una fiesta de bienvenida con temática mexicana acompañada de música de Mariachi, en donde puedas obsequiar bolsos y abanicos de bienvenida hechos por artesanos locales, que sean de utilidad durante toda la estadía.
