This year there will be 3 categories for Best Costume

Tickets are 600 pesos each and include a Plated Dinner & All Beverages.
The Party starts at 6pm

Last evening we traveled to Greece with our tastebuds to sample delicious food prepared by Chef Miguel Palomo and his team.

We ate the most delicious Greek Salad, Spanikopita, Souvlaki & Tzatziki and Baklava for Dessert.

Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed a wonderful evening with us!

We’ve had a menu change and due to availability, will not be able to serve lamb souvlaki, and will only have Chicken Souvlaki or the Vegetarian option available.

It’s a Test Kitchen kinda day as we prep for the first SupperClub of the New Year, featuring an Asian Theme.
These are called Yachaejeon - a savory Korean Vegetable Pancake with a soy/sesame/vinegar dipping sauce.
I don’t know if they’ll make the menu cut, but they are FABULOUS!

On the third Saturday of each month we host an Intimate Dinner Event that features a Guest Chef who prepares a 4 Course Fine Dining Experience from a different country around the world for 600 pesos per person.

What we love about this Event Series is the opportunity to collaborate with and provide our Beach Community the chance to experience the Culinary Skills of Local Chefs from Merida & area.

The series is suspended for the month of December, but returns in the New Year with an exciting stop in Greece in January, then we’ll travel back to Paris in February for the month of love 💕

An Informal edition of SupperClub last night in our Outside Garden Area at El Jardin 😍
Chef Rouselle used the smoker to cook up some DEE-licious Ribs along with Chicken, Shrimp, Baked Potstoes, Caesar Salad & Broccoli Salad. Chocolate Cake & Carrot Cake for Dessert. 🤩

Some Fabulous Top Shelf Cocktails with Beautiful Garnish prepared by our Mixologist, Carlos, who brings us something different & paired to the menu, each month. 🍹🍸
The carajillo was sooo good! ☕️

A little friendly competition while playing Bocce Ball before & after dinner. Lots of great conversation, a beautiful setting and a terrific new playlist made for a really fun and relaxed evening.

SupperClub is available for groups of 25-40. Contact us if you’re interested in creating your own group & enjoying an all inclusive evening with us!
