FlightView Real Time Flight Arrival Data - With Flight Verification allows you to verify a flight when booking to see if the flight exists, and to make sure the flight times are correct—this even works with codeshares. If you don’t know the flight number, just put in the origin city and you’ll get a list of all the flights between the city pair, on that day, for every airline. This option also monitors incoming flights (including many private flights) and will alert you early or late flights. Your chauffeur will monitor the flight notification to be on time for you. as well.
Chauffeur/Affiliate Web Access - Is a web module that allows the chauffeurs to log in and see their trips for that day or the next day, and add certain charges (such as parking or tolls).
BCO Chauffeur - Is an IOS & Android application that allows your chauffeur to view his or her trips, including all pickups, stops, and drops, notes, passenger names, and much more. It shows trip routing on the map, and allows your chauffeur to change his status instantly, which almost immediately updates the Blackcar Offers Limo Services dispatch grid. It also functions as a flexible airport/greeter sign, and supports multiple logos and multiple names. The chauffeur data screen allows your chauffeur to enter his times, mileage, and expenses, and add certain additional charges (parking, wait time, etc.) which can then be sent back to Blackcar Offers. The passenger view screen shows a recap of the screen with a touch-sensitive signature block for capturing the passenger signature.
Greeter - Is an IOS & Android application designed for greeter use at the airport or other event. It gives the greeter a real-time arrival manifest—the greeter can see what passengers are coming in on which flights, what vehicles and chauffeurs are assigned to which trips, where they are going, and more. The greeter can change the status of the trip (from arrived to customer in car, for example) so the chauffeur can focus on driving and the passengers.
