Did some spicy fermented beans 2 ways.
First ones are very simple. The ingredients is
1 pound of green beans
2 cups of filtered water,
1 tablespoon natural salt,
3 cloves, garlic, peeled and crushed and 3 dried chilli peppers. 

I hate my water a little bit, so I can have the salt dissolve leave that to cool in the bottom of a canning jar I put the garlic and the chili peppers.
Add the beans so there a tight fit and will stay tight when you add the brine.
 add the brine, make sure that the beans are completely covered if you need to put of weight on them.
Put your tight lid on, or you can put a tight with cloth over it and let them ferment.

These are another great way to get your probiotics. Specially, if you don’t like sauerkraut, I love sauerkraut, but anyhow.

For the second batch, I did a little different
1 pound of fresh beans,
2 cups of water
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons of natural salt
1 tablespoon of honey
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of whole mustard seed
1 teaspoon whole peppers or a
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

I’ll let you know how the come out this is a day 3 and they need more time for me.

Getting to us by bus. The buses that go from PV, Bucerias, Sayulita & La Cruz are ATM and Compostella. They will say Mezcales on them. In PV you can get them from the bus station in 5D or at Walmart near the marina. In Bucerias and La Cruz, just catch them from the main road. In the center of Mezcales there is a big over pass and also a raised footbridge going over the highway. It best to get off near the footbridge coming from either direction. For those coming from PV you will need to use the footbridge and cross to the other side. The follow the directions on my sheet. It took me and mum 21 minutes to walk it today. She gets the bus up from PV all the time so it's not hard. We were hoping to make a video but technology failed us.
