After a few years working in the weddings and groups indusrty here in the Mayan Riviera, I had the opportunity to get to know and understand the real needs of the bride and the groom in a destination wedding. It is a very important day in their lifes, of course, they have to enjoy it, and sometimes living far could make it difficult. That is when Tailor Made Dreams started to exist because we are a committed team who knows perfectly the area and magical spaces for an amazing event. When a venue already has a strong identity, the challenge is not to redesign it. It’s to make it personal.

For L + C at , we worked with the character of the space and built the celebration around it creating a wedding environment that felt entirely theirs while preserving what makes NÜ unmistakably Tulum.

The planning and design focused on balance: defining the ceremony within an existing restaurant setting, creating cohesion between spaces with different functions, and curating every element so the wedding felt intentional without losing the relaxed character of the venue.

That’s the difference between decorating a space and designing an experience around it.

A strong venue doesn’t need more design. It needs the right design.

At , the layout is already shaped around the Tulum jungle a house immersed in nature, with spaces for the ceremony and celebration that exist within the landscape rather than apart from it.

Our approach was to build around that concept, not cover it.

We kept the palette soft and the styling restrained, using warm neutrals, natural textures and carefully placed floral elements to create contrast without competing with the surroundings. The pool became part of the composition, while the existing tree and bougainvillea created a focal point no installation could replicate.

For us, design starts with reading the space correctly: knowing what to add, what to enhance, and what is already perfect exactly where it is.

The personalized menus, the citrus slices tucked between the blooms like little surprises, the vintage mirror reflecting flowers so lush they don’t even look real.
