Like you can hear my friend say, "¡Hijo de Perro!" This food was delicious this week! The Mac N Cheese with homemade Cashew & Almond Cheddar hits the spot while still tasting healthy, especially combined with the Chili to be Chili Mac as you can see in the later slides when we feasted 🤤

The pickles bell peppers + red onions with earthy spices complement the roasted flavor of the chili well, along with the tangy sweetness of the Kombucha, Peach, Pear Dressing. The fresh mint in the salad was an herbaceous touch to balance everything out as well. Sentía cómo un pecado sin culpa por cierto 😋

This upcoming week, we will be doing a few pop-ups & continuing with food prep if you are interested in visiting us in person or ordering weekly meals!

-Sunday Morning: Ice bath with & last day to order food prep

Exciting updates! 🙌🏼🌱🇲🇽 To better accommodate our growing plant based community, we are transitioning to more in-person events and making our Meal Service more streamlined!

Our Meal Service will now contain 4-5 meals with complete Soup, Salad, Main & Dessert for 900 pesos!

This week, we are featuring our Comforting- Classic Cheddar Mac N Cheese with Vegetables, Hearty Chili, Salad with Pickled Veggies, Fresh Fruit Vinaigrette, and our customer- favorite: our signature cacao banana muffins!

Delivery/Pickup is on Wednesday 5 pm, and last day to order is Tuesday before Noon!
