(Prince of Flowers)

For the Mexica, Xochipilli was the Prince of Flowers—but not ordinary flowers as one might think. Instead, he was associated with the "flowers that intoxicate." This poetic metaphor referred to plants, mushrooms, flowers, and cacti with psychoactive properties. Through their use, it was believed possible to establish direct communication with the gods and ancestors, serving as a catalyst or bridge between the everyday world and the divine realm.

In the original sculpture (housed in the National Museum of Anthropology), Xochipilli is depicted in a state of complete ecstasy, his gaze lost in infinity, suggesting he is under the influence of these "flowers." While the sculpture also features a mask on Xochipilli, this beautiful illustration omits it. However, the artist includes the elements surrounding his body that give him his distinctive identity: hallucinogenic mushrooms, to***co flower, ololiuhqui flower, sinicuichi, and pe**te.

La DMT (N,N-Dimetiltriptamina) es un potente compuesto psicodélico que se encuentra naturalmente en varias plantas, animales e incluso dentro del cuerpo humano. Aquí tienes una visión general de cómo se encuentra el DMT en estas diferentes fuentes.

🌿 𝟭. 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘀

El DMT está presente en varias especies de plantas, particularmente en aquellas utilizadas en la medicina tradicional y prácticas chamánicas. Algunos ejemplos notables incluyen:
- Psychotria viridis: Comúnmente utilizada en la preparación de la bebida ayahuasca, esta planta contiene cantidades significativas de DMT.

He is a licensed psychologist from the University of Guadalajara. Some of his mentors and teachers include Dr. San Sung Bae Park, a master of Oriental medicine who first introduced spiritual acupuncture to America, Shipibo Curandera Ronin Mea, an Ayahuasquero from Contamana, Peru, and Marakame Haiwiya Minjares.

Víctor Chong has extensive experience in addiction and depression treatment, having participated in workshops, courses, and therapies at rehabilitation centers and clinics, as well as in physical rehabilitation treatments for children with special needs. Después de pasar un mes en la selva preparándome, estudiando y profundizando en las tradiciones ancestrales, estoy muy feliz de regresar y compartir con mi gente.
Afortunadamente, veo pacientes que han venido de Michigan, Guadalajara y otros lugares, pacientes con condiciones especiales que se preparan durante meses para esta noche.
Esta ceremonia significa mucho para mí y para muchos otros que asistieron, "Cerrando ciclos y abriendo nuevos caminos".
