Casa Sangha presents our first "Ecstatic Kids" ecstatic dance event on our patio! Ages 6-12, Wednesday March 15th. We will start off with a guided meditation (1 min), then some light stretching that will lead into free-form, judgement-free movement for an hour. Your child can move his/her body around the patio to music as their heart delights!!

This event is only 1 hour because...kids and attention spans. Jajajaj. There is only space for 10 children so please RSVP. This event has a loving donation of $50 pesos. We look forward to guiding your child to express themselves freely through movement.
