Good afternoon everyone. Sunday, May 14th starting at 9am, Casa Sangha is hosting its first Sunday morning Ecstatic Dance event with a light breakfast and use of the pool afterwards for a couple of hours as well.

Start your Sunday morning off with friends, judgment-free movement, great music and vibes. After dancing on the patio , getting our heart rates up and sweating a bit, take a quick rinse in the outdoor shower and enjoy the pool a couple of hours as u process your great start to the week!

Only 15 spots available and once full, I'll start a waiting list for 5 more people in case some can't come last minute. Please contact me or Casa Sangha directly to save your spot.

Schedule:

900-910 Welcome and small meditation
910-1100am Ecstatic Dance
11am - 1pm Coffee, fresh fruit and croissants with pool use

$200 pesos

Buenas tardes a todos. El domingo 14 de mayo a partir de las 9 a. m., Casa Sangha realizará su primer evento Ecstatic Dance el domingo por la mañana con un desayuno ligero y uso de la piscina después también durante un par de horas.

Comience su domingo por la mañana con amigos, movimiento libre de prejuicios, buena música y buen ambiente. Después de bailar en el patio, acelerar nuestro ritmo cardíaco y sudar un poco, enjuáguese rápidamente en la ducha al aire libre y disfrute de la piscina un par de horas mientras procesa su gran comienzo de semana.

Solo 15 lugares disponibles y una vez llenos, comenzaré una lista de espera para 5 personas más en caso de que alguno no pueda venir en el último minuto. Comuníquese conmigo o con Casa Sangha directamente para guardar su lugar.

Cronograma:

Good morning beautiful souls. Ecstatic Dance Puerto Morelos wants to thank all of you who participated in our first event!! It was a humble but hopeful start connecting the spiritual and conscious community of Puerto Morelos. We look forward to putting on more events like this in both the jungle and beach. Hi folks! We have an amazing and DIFFERENT kind of event happening right here in Puerto on the beach next Saturday. At the palapa next to El Cayuse (formerly dia y noche) we.are hosting an Ecstatic Dance event plus a party to follow. I really encourage everyone who wants to try dancing in a judgment-free space, with truly incredible music, to please join the Ecstatic Dance portion of the evening. If u haven't tried it, please do. It is just free-form movement, literally can do anything u want on the dance floor as long as you're alcohol-free and barefoot for those two hours! It is a more spiritual type environment for the Ecstatic Dance portion. There is a small meditation/ceremony to open and close the two hours.

After Ecstatic Dance, our bomb ass DJs will play for the next 4-6 hours on the beach, tribal ecstatic and afrolatin beats where we can enjoy delicious alcohol, food and plenty of space to sit and dance in the palapa and at El Cayuse. This is a private event, so I encourage everyone to get presale tickets!

Buenas mi gente!! Our first Ecstatic Dance event is on September 17. We have TWO incredible DJs just coming off tour in Europe straight to Puerto Morelos!! DJ and producer Mixwell and DJ Taino will be taking us on a journey from 5pm-7pm at the palapa next to El Cayuse on the beach.

After Ecstatic Dance, there will be more incredible music for the rest of the night with drinks, food and plenty of seating available at El Cayuse.

Just remember during the Ecstatic Dance portion of the evening:

The Dance Floor is a sacred space.

Be free. Dance how you want, no judgment
Be present. No phones or cameras
Be clear. No alcohol
Be embodied. No talking
Be consensual. If it is not a clear yes, then it means NO.
Be grounded. No shoes if possible.

Hello fellow Dancers! Yours truly will be heading out on a bit of an Ecstatic Dance tour over the next 60 days throughout Mexico, El Salvador, possibly Honduras, definitely Lago Atitlan in Guatemala, Peru and possibly Colombia. When I get back from this little excursion, I will have an even wider array of knowledge to kick off our Ecstatic Dance Puerto Morelos scene in style!

Please be patient as we slowly pull together the right people, venues and pursue official goals for our beautiful town to experience dance in a respectful and conscious space. I thank you again for your interest as we navigate the "How's, What's, When's and Where's."

Any and all suggestions for particular ecstatic dance events in any of the places I mentioned where I shall be traveling above would be highly welcomed and appreciated. I look forward to having a thriving and highly-involved dance community here in Puerto Morelos.

Hello to anyone that has decided to join our blossoming Ecstatic Dance community here in beautiful Puerto Morelos. This is just getting started, so please have patience as we grow our community of dancers and spiritual seekers. Our first event is tentatively planned within the next few weeks, stay tuned for sure! I will need lots of help and support to make this happen. Once we've had our first event, I'd like to do at minimum a monthly ecstatic dance event and even bi-weekly if it grows in popularity throughout our little town.
