Kitchen Workshop Notes 01/18:
I still have a smile on my face; this creative process has been truly exciting. From carefully selecting the raw materials such as fresh vegetables and garden produce, to the delightful conversations with my suppliers, every step has been a pleasure.
Interacting with the people at the market is always heartwarming; their stories and passion for their work are reflected in the quality of the ingredients.
But the real magic happens in the kitchen, where I feel truly in my element.
The broths we create with bones, vegetables, and aromatic herbs fill the air with delicious scents. It's a constant reminder that we're on the right path, working together to create something special.
After two days of production, everything is ready. The reductions of concentrated flavors are the culmination of our efforts. It's time to present the dishes at this first exhibition.
The kind comments from my dear customers are so heartwarming, and I love hearing them.
Phrases like "Chef, this is the best chicken I've had in a long time" or "Luis, your work was fantastic; we enjoyed it immensely" are what truly make me happy at the end of the day.
I'm deeply grateful to all the participants who made this possible:
