Many of our customers today ordered ala-carte dishes. We surely accept orders for ala carte dishes if customers doesn’t want our set menus.

Also, all our orders today are from the same neighbourhood as where we are located 😁Chalyn's Catering wants to thank all our customers from Tanjong Tokong and Tanjung Bungah for supporting a homebased caterer in the same neighbourhood. We are looking for a kitchen helper @ Chalyn’s Catering, Jalan Bintang, Tanjung Bungah

Details are as below:

Kitchen Helper:
Duty time: 9am to 4pm (6 days a week)
Salary: RM45 per day including breakfast and lunch

Job Description:

1. Simple cooking skills required as kitchen helper would help in making idlys, thosais, Vadas & Chapathis when required & other condiments when required. Experience not necessary as training will be given.

2. Blending of masalas, thosai & idly batter, kneading of Chapathi flour when required, cleaning of produce and vege cutting

3. Packing orders including garnish, labelling etc

4. Washing and arranging of the pots pans, cutleries etc & cleaning of both wet and dry kitchen

5. Updating on finished stocks when required & other duties as and when required

As this is a homebased catering business, duties are not as heavy as a commercial kitchen. Salary will be reviewed after 3 months of employment which depends on the discipline & attitude of the person and the business revenue.
