This recognition celebrates our exceptional work on the iconic Battersea Power Station in London, alongside Sime Darby Property, Employees Provident Fund (EPF), and Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB), for preserving its historical charm while introducing modern vibrancy and community benefits.

Datuk Choong Kai Wai (CEO of S P Setia) expressed, “We are really honoured to receive this recognition for breathing new life into this iconic London landmark. It is all about how we have managed to preserve its history, facade, and old charm while bringing in newness in our offerings, retail mix in the development. Following the win, Setia also received the Gold Awards certificates from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) to celebrate the gold award winners of the FIABCI World Prix D’Excellence Awards 2024 in Putrajaya.
