9月的到来意思就是要吃月饼了～～～～～😍

今年我们只有冰皮月饼（因为只有老板娘一个人默默地做😌）和中秋主题 cheese tarts。冰皮月饼每天都会做，所以要买一粒来吃也可以，都是独立包装。要礼盒的话就是4粒或6粒。

没事做的时候，就看看甜点，超级療癒，心情也会不小心变得可可爱爱😍

3D cheese tart is sat on 4.5cm tart shell. A mini bite size dessert suitable for any kind of gathering such as sistas gathering / birthday party / fullmoon party / office meeting / house warming / gift for the special one.

🌸 Saturday Bake 🌸

好多画画的一天，画到眼睛都变斗鸡眼了😌 看起来简单，可是画一盒 24粒有脸有眼睛有鼻子的 cheese tart 要花2.5 hours!! 别担心，这些都是今天现做的，绝对没有隔夜，因为老板娘我今天早上4点就去上班了，每一粒都是有血有泪 🤣🤣

今天好巧把全部 mini fruit tart series 做了一遍（mini fruit tart / straight fruit tart / crystalball cheese tart / mango cheese tart) 🌷

五年了，小葵終於加入了 🎉🎉🎉🎉
之前只有蠟筆小新和小白～～

近日畫最多的就是 kuromi, 目前孩子們的 top 1 卡通。只要有眼睛、鼻子、耳朵、头发的图案，我们需要花非常多的时间来完成。有时候一盒20粒需要耗时3个小时来完成(不包括塔皮的製作時間呢😌)～～所以我们的 cheese tarts 价格都是以图案来定价。

这个系列我们没有 menu, 做过的图案非常多，想要了解可以就直接 inbox 我们。每一盒都是精心客制的💓

🌸 The Weekend Bake 🌸

每次都想要给蛋糕们一个全家福，可是每次都做不到，主要原因是蛋糕都是当天新鲜制作，然后有些顾客比较早把蛋糕领回家 😌

目前的 earl grey strawberry cake 造型都是 random, 因為老闆娘在練習 cream piping。所以购买这个蛋糕都会是 surprised 🤩🎉

目前是一个人打天下的工作室，要预定蛋糕建议提早 inbox。有时候可能两天才会得到回复 🙈，真的非常不好意思，希望 joy-bee 们可以多多体谅哟～～

🌸 New Cake Flavor 🌸

脑袋里装了很多创新口味的蛋糕，最近搬回 Bintulu 后就开始手痒做七做八，感恩还有帮忙消灭甜食的姐妹们，不然每次新品吃一口，剩下的都是喂垃圾桶了。然后还要无数次的改良才能开始卖。做 R&D 绝对不是一两天的事情。有时候做20次还没得到想要的结果，希望大家不要厌倦 Joyous 的 Menu, 老板娘真的有努力做工, 努力增加 menu 🥰🤩💓

这次做了 Pandan chiffon / mango / Pineapple / coconut cream 蛋糕。结果发现，不是什么水果都适合拿来做蛋糕🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Pineapple 真的不好驾驭，所以还是乖乖的 Pandan chiffon / mango / coconut cream 就好。目前还不懂要叫什么名字，可以给点意见吗？😋

Pandan chiffon 是用新鲜 pandan ＋牛奶絞的。很香很香～～～之前有人介紹我用 pandan powder 做，结果蛋糕烤出来像中毒的颜色，然后没有 pandan 味！真的是浪费我的时间＋食材🥹

Coconut cream 用的是 whipping cream + 椰丝＋ coconut milk。很清爽不油腻！非常好吃！

表面的奶黄色的是 mango sauce, 用新鲜芒果煮的。吃起來有點像 kaya 的口感。😋

学徒就是一边学，一边做工，还有工钱拿。要叫老板娘 as 老师🙈 会教烘焙原理，跟去学院学的差不多，可能还更实用。当然， handson 绝对比学院多很多🤩
