🌹 ABOUT SARAWAK KEK LAPIS 🌹
This year we remain the flavors for Sarawak Kek Lapis BUT‼️ we modified a little on our recipes 😍 This time the cake tastes softer and moister compared to last year. We are super happy with the new improvement 🎉 Sweetness level still maintain as pervious.

For Sarawak Kek Lapis series we are using Golden Churn Butter.

🌹ABOUT STEAM KEK LAPIS 🌹
This is our new series 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 We only manage to produce two flavors but we assure that they are our best choice 🤩

We tried our recipes with both Anchor and Golden Churn Butter. After the comparison, we decided to go for Anchor Butter for Steam Kek Lapis series.

🌹ABOUT COOKIES 🌹
This year we upgrade our butter‼️ We use AOP grade butter - Pamplie. The buttery flavor is just another level😋 SUPER SUPER SUPER fragrance.

Our best seller cookie is the Caramelised Walnut Cookies for the past four years‼️So it is MUST BUY COOKIE from us🤩

For Kuih Momo we are using QBB Ghee. We are so happy to have return customers 😘

🌸 Dubai Chocolate Cake 🌸

I must share this cake individually ~~~~~~ ❤️

It is a NEW flavor. The taste is fuiyohhhhhh 😘

This cake is born because a friend of mine asked a wish from me. She said, I need a cake which doesn't looks like an ordinary cake from bakery and the flavor must be super special and never tasted it.

So my answer to her wish - The Dubai Chocolate Cake which I plan to bake for looooooong time but too lazy to make it real.

The Dubai Chocolate Cake:

🌸 Classic Chocolate Sponge Cake with three layers of cream filling

- 1st layer: Pistachios Cream + Homemade Pistachios Kunafa + Homemade Pistachios Crips
- 2nd layer: Chocolate malt cream + chocolate crips ball
- 3rd layer: Pistachios Cream + Raspberry Filling

I would say this is a MUST try cake if you like something different ❤️
