RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain a good business relationship and services with new and existing clients/vendors
• Attend to client enquiries and prepare quotations/invoices
• Negotiate and close deals with clients
• Follow up on prospective clients
• Work closely with manager in supporting all sales strategies and activities
• Assist in coordinating various events and functions
• Manage social media and facebook advertisement

REQUIREMENTS:
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good written and oral communication in English, Malay and Mandarin
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to thrive in a team oriented work environment
• Strong attention to details

Averie Hous is an elegant house set in a 22,000 sqft of beautiful gardens, conveniently located in a quiet street just minutes from Georgetown. Averie Hous has been meticulously restored retaining its original homely charm whilst providing today’s modern facilities. The house features antique furnishings, sweeping verandas and green house dining room with stunning garden views.

Averie Hous has a beautiful space to hold your events and can caters for up to 200 guests. The house features access to courtyard and lawn areas, allowing guests to mingle outside and take in some fresh air.
