He has gained inspiration from legendary DJs like Frankie Knuckles, Gilles Peterson, Joey Negro, Danny Howells and Miguel Migs and his musical influences stem from deep, soulful, disco-tech to groovy house music and he brings together these unique blends of sounds with his energetic and uplifting performances. pore, Indonesia, Taiwan to afar Europe like Germany to name but a few. Being professional DJ for over 20 years of experience for numerous music festivals, clubs, hotel lounges, beach bars, private/commercial parties etc. DJ Kenji is also a co-founder of STOMP (JB) a bimonthly soulful and house music night with DJ Carl Hinds (UK) and uses this platform to promote not just house music but other genres too and with that he hopes he is doing something to promo a luxury and genuine dance music scene in the count. Currently the beach bar resident DJ at widely known Westin Hotel Desaru Coast and Anantara Resorts & Villas Desaru Coast, Malaysia. DJ Kenji also featured in the biggest countdown party at Desaru Coast alongside with Malaysian pop queen YUNA on 2018.
