1. Will I get the number of tickets i bought for refund to my account?
Definitely a yes!. For example, if you are purchasing 5 tickets stated in the receipt, you will get a refund of RM5 x 5 = RM35

2. What if my friends use my email or name to buy ticket? / What if my friend help me to buy?
We will track based on the ticket holder name and receipt number. So just fill in all the details according to the ticket holder's name provided with the receipt of your purchase.

3. What if I had an error when submitting the form? / I can't open the link, what can I do?
You can try using laptop or other device to fill in the form. If there;s any issue on that, please do not hesitate to contact us

4. Can i ask my friend to collect the merchandise?
Yes, but please bring along the receipt when your friend comes to collect the merchandise.

CANCELLATION OF BEYOND PRESENT MOMENT MUSIC CONCERT 2020

Greetings to all of you,

Due to the worsening condition of the COVID-19 Pandemic, BPM Team is bearing the deepest regret to officially announce the cancellation of Beyond Present Moment Music Concert 2020.

Every space adventure leads to an unexpected discovery. Every decision we make is for the betterment for our audience, our guest artists, our team, our friends and family. By following the precautionary measures set by the Malaysian Government, any activity that involves mass gathering/mass audience must be ceased in order to avoid any contagious disease from spreading to others.

After discussing between the BPM Team and the Top Management over and over again, we have decided to cancel our event and give out Partial Refunds and our BPM Merchandise to our ticket holders according to the ticket zones. This is due to our event involves major priority expenses that need to be paid off with our initial revenue such as Artist Non-Refundable Deposit, Ongoing Decoration Expenses, T-Shirt Cost, and other Miscellaneous Cost.

BPM Team hereby express our heartfelt apologies to everyone for any inconvenience caused as we understand how you all felt as well. We would also like to grab this opportunity to thank everyone who has given us never-ending support throughout the whole journey, given us hope to launch this mighty event. We at BPM wants the same thing as everyone else, bringing out the best music concert in front of your eyes. But all of this must come to an end because we care about your health.

We advise everyone to stay at home. Always wear a face mask if you are heading out. Take care of your personal hygiene and stay safe.

BPM REFUNDING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Below are the partial refund to all BPM ticket holders:
- Early Bird Premium Zone Ticket: (RM5 + T-Shirt)
- Early Bird Rock Zone Ticket: (RM5 + T-Shirt + Lanyard)
- Normal Premium Zone Ticket: (RM10 + T-Shirt)
- Normal Rock Zone Ticket: (RM10 + T-Shirt + Lanyard)

1. BPM will ONLY give out PARTIAL refunds and Merchandise to all ticket holders according to their purchased ticket zone and value.
2. You can only refund your ticket by showing your e-receipt to us.
3. The e-receipt is sent via email, do check your email.
4. If you have not received it, kindly wait patiently as our team is still processing it.
5. Refund and Merchandise Collection for:
- UTAR Students: Refund via receiving physically/in person after school starts
- Outsiders: Refund through our BPM page
6. Outsider refund can be done by sending us your details below to our FB page:

All refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 working days.

She, in the eye of Malaysian, is the Malay singer who would make people mouth gaping at her singing ability and her capability to sing in multiple languages.

On our stage, she is a Malaysian female singer who represents our country to effase the boundary of ethnicities.
