What is yoga, exactly? Is it just an exercise form? Is it a religion, a philosophy, an ideology? The word “yoga” literally means “union”. Sadhguru explains that yoga essentially means “that which brings you to reality.”

These experiences are all understandable in the face of this significant challenge. People are naturally concerned for their own and their loved ones’ health and safety🥰

It’s important to recognise the seriousness of the public health challenge facing our community, and be mindful that reacting from a place of panic and fear is usually unhelpful, especially in the long-term.

Looking after our well being in times like this can help to reduce stress, and is crucial in enabling us to still take calm and effective action in the midst of this global crisis.

It is said that health is wealth. Without good health, we would not able to do anything. Taking care of work and performing daily tasks would become impossible if we struggled with health conditions all of the time. Hence, it is very important to have good health.

Maybe some of you may question why having good health is related to the responsibility of an employee in the workplace? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Can good health improve an employee’s performance? 🤷🏻‍♀️ The answer is Yes!!

Being a responsible employee requires focus, commitment and time to succeed at the workplace. You cannot fully concentrate on your work if you struggle with health issues. This can create a significant negative impact on your work performance and might be labeled as an irresponsible employee.
