Seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator cm Admin. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless coordination of sales activities and administrative tasks to support the overall success of our hotel, located at Suria Sabah Shopping Mall.

Responsibilities:

Proposal and Quotation:

Prepare and present proposals and quotations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to customize proposals according to client needs.

Marketing:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Coordinate promotional activities to enhance the hotel's visibility and attract potential clients.

Admin Tasks:
Handle general administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of the sales department.
Maintain organized records, including client information, contracts, and communication.

Invoicing:
Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Ensure accuracy in billing and follow up on payment collections.
Event Coordination:

Coordinate and oversee events held in the function rooms and ballroom.
Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure all logistical aspects are well-managed.
Function Room & Ballroom Management:

Manage bookings for function rooms and the ballroom.
Ensure proper setup, catering, and any additional requirements for events.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales coordination and administration is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
