The Responsibility of a Wedding Planner 101:

Vendor Selection and Coordination: Identify and recommend reliable vendors such as caterers, photographers, florists, decorators, musicians, and transportation services. Review contracts, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships. Coordinate with vendors to ensure they understand the client's requirements and timelines.
Event Design and Theme Development: Work closely with the client to develop a cohesive event design and theme. Help with selecting decor elements, color schemes, floral arrangements, lighting, and other design aspects to create a visually appealing and cohesive event.
Timeline and Schedule Creation: Develop a comprehensive timeline and schedule for the entire wedding or event planning process. This includes deadlines for tasks, vendor bookings, payments, and other important milestones. Communicate and coordinate with the client and vendors to ensure everyone is aligned with the schedule.
Guest Management: Assist with guest list creation, RSVP tracking, and seating arrangements. Provide guidance on etiquette, invitation design, and wording. Coordinate with the client and stationery vendors for invitation production and mailing.
Logistics and Event Coordination: Manage all logistical aspects of the wedding or event, including transportation, accommodations, and rentals. Coordinate with vendors and oversee setup, layout, and teardown on the event day. Ensure all details are in place and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
