松软干爽，粒粒分明，润而不油是基本。拾弍的这道炒饭用料更是讲究，上等的日本珍珠米，蛋白，干贝，鱼籽和樱花虾的配搭，层层叠叠的口感绝对是惊艳。

In ancient times, when wealthy households would hire chefs, one of the dishes that needed to be tested was fried rice. This shows that it takes a lot of effort to fry rice well.

The rice should be soft, dry, and every grain should be separate, with a moist texture that is not oily as a basic requirement. This fried rice by 12 Dining is especially exquisite, using high-quality Japonica rice, dried scallops,Tobiko, and sakura shrimp as ingredients. The layered texture & flavour is absolutely stunning.
