Finally, a moment to sit back and reflect on Valentine’s Day.
As always, it had us working past midnight. But this year, we weren’t just cupids - we were “heroes” too! Rescuing forgetful partners and husbands, making last-minute magic happen, and ensuring no love went uncelebrated (and no one had to spend the weekend sleeping on the sofa!). Wow we felt so important!
Of course, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. With the rush of Valentine’s, a much bigger volume of flowers comes in, and not all arrive in perfect condition. We take the hit to ensure we provide only the best we can. Because to us, flowers aren’t just gifts - they’re love, care and connection.
And that’s exactly what we feel from you. Some of you have been with us for years, and your patience, trust and support mean everything. Thank you for letting us be part of your moments, big and small.
