‼️‼️‼️ This may be a very late post as we are still recovering from the event yet better late than never 🤩

Our huge appreciation goes to our main sponsor Gamuda Land & Bukit Bantayan Residences for hosting Sabah Carnival of Fitness #4 especially in providing us a very safe, comfortable & beautiful venue for WOD War Splash 2023. Our kids were roaming around freely, carpark areas were all carefully manned by RELA, plenty of delicious eateries to choose from, the competition ground was rain-free to protect our equipment & for the safety of our Athletes albeit the heat, judges & crew were all taken care of in terms of our food, tees & wellbeing, the list can just go on & on! Appreciate loads!

Y E T,

As much as we'd wish everyone to have fun, we would also like to remind that displaying cool sportsmanship when competing is oh-so-classy. Therefore, please ask yourself these questions below if you have been a good sport today ya?

Hopefully there won't be anymore stomping of feet or sour faces tomorrow just because our dear Judges gave a "No Rep" because you did not achieve the proper Standard of Movement.

Let's be classy shall we? It really does take more muscles to frown, about 47 of them. And for smiling, we only use about 13. All the best for our finals tomorrow! Smile more, less frown!

IT'S A WRAP ‼️What a WOD Rush indeed!

Thank you Jabatan Belia dan Sukan Sabah Kementerian Belia dan Sukan Sabah for the collaboration in this Jelajah Fit Malaysia 2023! We are honoured to be included in this very impactful initiative by the Government to promote a healthy & active lifestyle amongst the public specifically in the city of Kota Kinabalu.

Our appreciation also goes to all participating strong Athletes who show endless sportsmanship, grit & teamwork throughout the 2 days event, and definitely to all our awesome Judges & Crew who was assembled at the very golden minute, thank you from the bottom of our Burpees, Jumps, Snatches and you-know-more for enduring the rain, sun, heavy duty equipments with minimal rest & food, drinks to assist us in making this event a success ❤️🔥

Also, Yes, we are aware of the errors and shortcomings of this very rushed competition, pun intended, and we do hope to learn from this event to come up with a cooler WODS, more attentive judging to ensure more cleaner reps -No reps are hard yet it makes us all a better Lifter, yes? - to unearth more capable Athletes as well as Judges.
