The setup featured the playful Peanuts theme, with an interactive "Spot the Snoopy" game panel, a fun photo booth, and customized cupcakes that added a sweet touch!

A big thank you to my team for making this event a success. Special thanks to 103 Coffee for the on-site coffee art latte service and creating delightful Snoopy specialty drinks, that added to the experience.

It was a smooth and exciting experience, and I’m glad to have been part of such a meaningful launch ☺️

A big thank you to Monash University for trusting us with your virtual reality workshop video production in KL and Penang. We had the pleasure of capturing insightful interviews with several industry experts and bringing their perspectives to life on video.

We handled various aspects of the project, including:

Proud to be part of the team behind the MOU Signing Ceremony and Press Conference for the 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗺 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 at POS Malaysia HQ. This is a collaboration between Whoscall, PDRM, and POS Malaysia, dedicated to raising awareness and protecting the public from the growing threat of parcel scams. The event was graced by the presence of JSJK Director, Datuk Seri Ramli Mohamed Yoosuf. 🛡️📦

After nearly 2 months of liaising for the ZTE workshop (which included the showcase of services and products from the company at the hotel foyer, and the speakers' session inside the hall), from pitching the job to finalizing specific requirements, we finally completed the event successfully. It was a rewarding experience to see everything come together seamlessly.

Our involvement in this event including:

Pre-Production:

✅️ Creative design
✅️ Designing display cabinets and booth fabrication
✅️ Setting up and refining the booth before the event to ensure a perfect display
✅️ Coordinating closely with the hotel PIC for all arrangements

Event Day Ex*****on:

✅️ On-ground liaising
✅️ Overseeing the stage with speakers' session
✅️ Managing the event ex*****on
✅️ Handling videography and photography

A big thank you to ZTE Corporation Malaysia for this amazing opportunity. Each event is a learning process, and this one was no exception. I am grateful for the chance to grow and improve with every project.

Special thanks to my incredible team and everyone who helped make this event a success.

经过整整两个月的前期准备，从项目提案到根据需求整合，我们进行了多次讨论和调整设计。从负责展示柜设计图、展台制作、视觉调整和活动前的布置，同时与酒店负责人密切协调，还有活动当天进行的安排等等。感谢 ZTE 提供这次的合作机会，每一场活动都是一次学习的过程 💪💪💪

Throwback to the Workshop - an experience that fills me with gratitude. Serving as the floor manager, with 16 speakers sharing their expertise and insights, and hosting more than 200 invited guests. I'm grateful to have been part of bringing it to life with an exceptional team by my side.

【企业加马：AI转型，要会用才行！】一日学，在获得一片好评的情况下顺利落幕。作为前期与赞助商和活动伙伴沟通协调，以及负责当天活动人手调配和场外安排的负责人，我也圆了我的任务。

其实这个活动在去年，发起人 Mah Jiann Min 就有了这个概念。虽然我最后在负责的岗位有所变动，我也和主办当局 JooY Media 得以另一种合作形式合作完成这个活动，小马对活动的重视，加上我和 Daphne Chea 之间的信任和配合，使我们能够相互补充配合，使活动行更加顺心。

最后当然也要谢谢各大单位，包括所有分享的大神sss，工作伙伴，合作单位 Affin Bank 场地负责人，还有给力的 crew 和化妆师 Moments with Mandy，售票平台 CloudJoi 等，每个单位都发挥了不可或缺的作用，以至拥有这一场圆满的活动。

The one-day event, 'Thrive with AI,' concluded successfully. Thank you for entrusting me with pre-event communications with sponsors and partners, as well as overseeing ground arrangements on the day.
